Capitol CNCT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, cancel, or remove any placement, content, or advertiser at any time, with or without cause. In the event of rejection or cancellation by Capitol CNCT prior to distribution, any fees paid will be refunded in full. Submission or purchase does not guarantee publication.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made 14 business days or more prior to the scheduled launch date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 3 business days prior to launch are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 3 business days of launch are non-refundable.
