Emily O’Neil
Operations Associate
CNCT
Want to meet CNCT’s new Operations Associate?
Oh, you should talk to Emily O’Neil!
We have some exciting news from the CNCT team–Emily O’Neil is joining us as our new Operations Associate!
Emily is no stranger to CNCT. She first came on board as a 2024 summer intern while participating in the Ronald Reagan Institute’s summer program with GWU. From day one, she impressed us with her strong work ethic, sharp organizational skills, and dry sense of humor. She was even the mastermind behind some of our most memorable Instagram content last summer, including the ‘office on fire’ post.
Since her internship, she has continued to work part-time with us, steadily leveling up her creative and operational contributions while helping CNCT grow behind the scenes. We couldn’t be more excited to see what she’ll accomplish in this new role on the business side of things.
Originally from Lancaster, PA, Emily is wrapping up her studies in Political Science and Public Service at the University of Pittsburgh and will graduate this May. We’re thrilled to have her on the team full-time!

Something Emily Stands By…
“Life shouldn’t be about how much money you make. It should be about doing what you enjoy and creating experiences. Society is filled with ways to make money, but if you’re not enjoying your life at the same time I can’t get behind doing a job just for the monetary benefits.”
