Nearing two decades of serving in the House, Rep. Jordan is intentional with his mindset when it comes to his role. "Hard work doesn't guarantee success, but it sure does improve your chances," he shared in this interview.
The Congressman's history in sports - specifically wrestling - is also key to his professional mindset. During his time wrestling in high school, he remembers these words from his coach: "Discipline is doing what you don't want to do when you don't want to do it." Congressman Jordan says he hopes to replicate this disciplined mindset from wrestling into his political role.
